RELATIONS POLICY

OPTIMUM-MBA ensures that effective employment arrangements are in place which are compliant with legislation and which contribute to the achievement of our overall objectives.

We shall use appropriate methods, consistent with employment legislation, in order to fill vacancies for which approval to recruit has been given.

We shall ensure that there are sufficient competent staff to discharge the companies activities.

We shall ensure that all managers provide clear information, instruction and objectives for employees as part of a fair and consistently applied performance management system. This should enable all employees to understand their required individual performance level for the business to meet the strategic goals.

We shall provide a consistent corporate framework, that underpins the recruitment, development and retention of its employees.

We shall provide the relevant trade unions/workplace representatives with an agreed recognition arrangement. We shall undertake to keep employees informed of matters affecting them and to encourage the communication of employee views through a representative structure.

We shall provide a clear and consistently applied mechanism to resolve individual and group issues or grievances.The company shall support a partnership approach to working with others; both internal and external to the Company.
