- We will achieve and then maintain registration to ISO 9001. Where appropriate we will ensure that our suppliers and contractors can work within the framework of our management system in a way that promotes mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
- We will implement arrangements for the identification of risks or nonconformances, the implementation of preventive action and the continuous improvement of our arrangements.
- We will make decisions based on fact .
- We will encourage the involvement of our employees, clients, contractors, suppliers, visitors and lodgers in the effective development, implementation, review and improvement of our arrangements.
- We will ensure that this policy is reviewed for continuing suitability and that it provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
We have recognised the importance of quality by appointing a director responsible for reporting to the board the effectiveness of our arrangements. However, it is the responsibility of the company and directors to demonstrate leadership in complying with and improving Quality arrangements.
