All Procurement shall be conducted in accordance with Company arrangements. Financial authorisation for all requisitions shall be in accordance with the Authorities Matrix.
Optimum-MBA suppliers’ shall be evaluated and selected against established criteria, considering their ability and effectiveness, and ensuring that products and services purchased from suppliers meet the specified purchase requirements. We shall only engage with contractors who are financially sound and demonstrably competent in the management of their work.
